This consultation is now closed. We would like to thank everyone for their contributions to this consultation. On 22 August 2019, the decision was made to relocate Ravenscroft Medical Centre to Finchley Memorial. To see the full news story, click here. To read the full consultation report, follow this link.

On 21 October 2019, Millway Medical Practice notified Barnet CCG that it wished to withdraw from the joint application with Ravenscroft Medical Centre and Central London Community Healthcare to provide a range of innovative primary care services for patients at Finchley Memorial Hospital. The withdrawal of Millway Medical Practice changes the nature of the project materially. This means the proposed move of Ravenscroft Medical Centre to Finchley Memorial Hospital will not go ahead.

About this closed consultation (1 February 2019 - 25 April 2019)

Patients of Ravenscroft Medical Centre are invited to give their views on the proposal to relocate the surgery to Finchley Memorial Hospital.

During 2018, NHS Barnet Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) invited all Barnet GP practices to express an interest in relocating to Finchley Memorial Hospital. As a result of this, Ravenscroft Medical Centre submitted an application and, following a selection process, was chosen as the successful applicant. A public consultation will now take place, the results of which will inform the final decision on whether the proposed relocation should happen.

The hospital provides a unique opportunity to provide general practice services from a modern, purpose-built healthcare facility, which we believe will offer significant healthcare benefits to the patients of Ravenscroft Medical Centre such as the co-location of community services at the same site like blood tests and x-rays. Patients will only need to travel to one location to access these services.

To have your say, please complete the online survey. Unless you choose to state your name on the questionnaire, all responses will be completely anonymous.
